1. User Responsibilities & Eligibility (UK Law Compliance)
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age as required by the Protection of Children Act 1978 and Digital Economy Act 2017
- Reside in a jurisdiction where access to adult content is legally permitted
- Will provide accurate and complete registration information in compliance with UK data protection laws
- Are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- Will comply with all applicable UK laws including the Obscene Publications Act 1959, Communications Act 2003, and Computer Misuse Act 1990
- Assume full responsibility for all activities under your account
2. Acceptable Use & Content Policy (UK Standards)
You are prohibited from uploading, posting, or distributing any content that:
- Violates the Obscene Publications Act 1959 or Crown Prosecution Service guidelines
- Appears to depict persons under 18 years of age (Protection of Children Act 1978)
- Contains extreme sexual violence or non-consensual activity
- Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights under UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
- Is defamatory under UK defamation law (Defamation Act 2013)
- Constitutes hate speech under UK equality legislation
- Contains malicious code in violation of Computer Misuse Act 1990
- Constitutes unauthorized advertising or spam contrary to UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations
3. Account Termination & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or UK law
- Remove or restrict access to content that violates our policies or UK regulations
- Modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, providing reasonable notice where required by UK consumer law
- Report illegal activities to appropriate UK authorities including the National Crime Agency and Internet Watch Foundation
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer (UK Consumer Rights)
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law in England and Wales:
- Our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence is not limited
- Our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation is not limited
- We are not liable for business losses if you use our service for commercial purposes
- Our total liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for actions or content provided by users or third parties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, in compliance with UK law.
5. Age Verification (Digital Economy Act 2017)
In compliance with Part 3 of the Digital Economy Act 2017:

- We use age verification providers approved by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC)

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes where required by UK law.
